Marketing, advertising, search performance, lead generation, website performance, technology, and business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, sales, conversion rates, advertising results, platform approval, or other business outcomes.
5. SMS Messaging Terms

The SMS program is operated by HEADSTARTT Marketing Inc.
Program description
Customers and prospective customers who provide appropriate consent may receive text messages concerning responses to inquiries, requested service information, consultation and appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and scheduling changes, customer support and service-related updates, and occasional marketing or promotional information where the recipient has provided the required consent.
Consent
By providing SMS consent, you authorize HEADSTARTT Marketing Inc. to send text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes disclosed when consent was obtained. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Where consent is provided verbally, we may record the date, time, source, and scope of that consent in our customer relationship management system.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, services, and communication preferences.

No mobile information will be provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
